What to include in your message
A detailed first message helps us give you a useful answer straight away. Depending on your enquiry, please include:
- Choosing a plan: what you want to host, the software or CMS it uses, your expected visitors or players, and whether you prefer Linux or Windows.
- Dedicated server questions: which machine you are considering, the workload, your expected monthly traffic, how much of it is aimed at Bangladeshi networks over BDIX, and how many IP addresses you need.
- Technical problems: the server's IP address or your domain name, what you were doing when the problem began, the exact error message and anything you have already tried.
- Website hosting: your domain name and whether your account is on Linux cPanel or Windows Plesk.
- Domains: the name and extension you want, such as .com.bd, and whether it is a new registration or a transfer.
- Billing: the invoice number and your payment method. We accept crypto, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer.
